Before this role, Lennart was National Account manager within Heineken the Netherlands' soft drinks division (Vrumona) and prior to that as brand manager for the Heineken brand in the Netherlands responsible for all communications (ATL & digital) for the brand locally.

Vincent started his career in 2001 as Head of Online at MCI WorldCom in France, leading on internet, extranet and intranet digital marketing and technical development with a strong focus on building customers' communities. He then co-founded Mobilabs, a B2B2C multi channel social software developer and publisher, ranking top 3 in France in the social networking space in 2004. In 2005 he merged Mobilabs with a moderation agency. In 2006, Vincent joined BT Retail to provide support in building online communities within the online gaming space through a partnership with Sony, delivering a video and voice chat based community in EMEA on the Sony Playstation. Vincent then moved to BT Wholesale in 2009 where he led on Social Media and Online Gaming strategy, with a strong focus on using social as a monitoring and customer support capability.
