Michelle's career in marketing began at Landmark Communications where she served in various sales and leadership positions in advertising and marketing over 10 years for The Virginian-Pilot newspaper. She joined SteelMaster Buildings in 2006, taking on the Director of Marketing position shortly thereafter and worked quickly to transform SteelMaster's marketing approach on lead acquisition and social media integration/customer engagement strategies. Through these efforts, Michelle has grown SteelMaster's sales lead volume to over 4,500 per month which supports a staff of over 30 building specialists, as well as 40 distributors representing 50 countries worldwide. Her work in social media across the various platforms has generated global interest in SteelMaster's products which lead to her winning the SBA/VISA Export Video of the Year award in 2011. In addition, her work with social media has been featured in several blogs including a feature on Mashable "5 Surprising Social Media Business Success Stories".
Michelle is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing/Management and she holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Old Dominion University. She volunteers her time supporting marketing efforts for PIN Homeless Ministry. Michelle resides in Virginia Beach with husband Todd, and has two energetic young sons, Jimmy, 12 and Max, 9 years old.

Debbie previously served as UPS’s first Social Media Manager, where she pioneered social media strategy, policies, and practices for the company. Prior to leading UPS social media efforts, Debbie spent seven years with the company’s Brand Management team where she worked on the re-launch of the UPS brand in 2003, developed new practices for identity management, and directed global brand tracking research.

Lori Feldman is Head of Social Networking and Digital Strategy for Cigna International, where she is responsible for leading and managing digital and social media programs globally. Lori joined Cigna International in 2012, having spent twelve years with Citigroup Global Transaction Services (GTS), most recently as Head of Branded and Social Media Marketing. In this role, Lori was responsible for the editorial planning and deployment of GTS' branded media product and related Web 2.0 programming and social media initiatives. Lori was previously Head of Client Experience Marketing, managing the development and execution of global marketing programs that focus on GTS' most important clients, including the GTS Senior Client Advisory Board. Prior to assuming this role in 2008, Lori spent three years as the Head of Trade Marketing, implementing programs designed to drive business growth worldwide, as well as other senior marketing roles, including Head of Global Events and Branding.
Before joining Citi, Lori spent seven years as a marketing and creative services consultant, with a broad, global client base including firms in pharma/healthcare, technology, shipping, publishing and e-business sectors. Before her consultancy work, Lori held a variety of marketing and advertising management positions at Gannett Newspapers, YM Magazine, CBS/Fox Video and Rolling Stone.
Lori was a three-year Co-Chair of Citi's Women's Council's Developing Talent Program, an initiative focused on training and mentoring high potential women, and a member of TWC's Executive Committee. She was also involved in marketing programs for Citi's Corporate Banking Diversity programs, with a particular focus on those supporting LGBT initiatives. She is co-founder of the Connecticut-based theater group, Two Turkeys Productions, and enjoys performing improv and sketch comedy when she's not performing marketing. Lori has a B.A. in Theater from the University at Albany.
